A little about me...
I have been married to Steve for 25 years, and we have 3 grown-up children. We love spending time with our stubborn pug, Milo, and our very naughty cockapoo, Mabel.
As a retired primary school teacher and leader, I bring a unique blend of experience, empathy, and a sprinkle of humour to my work as a celebrant.
I've spent my career creating special moments, filled with warmth and sincerity, whether it was a triumphant school play, celebrating a child reading for the first time, or a heartwarming assembly. Now I am honoured to be able to use those skills to support you through some of life’s most precious occasions. I know how to handle nerves, bring people together, and, most importantly, make people feel seen, heard, special, and celebrated.
Whether it's a wedding, a vow renewal, a funeral, or a naming ceremony, every significant life event deserves to be honoured with a story worth telling. I will dig deep into your journey, listen to the moments that matter, and weave them into a bespoke narrative that will have everyone hanging on every word. I am here for the belly laughs, the romantic sighs, the excitement, the sadness, and everything in between.
